Granny Annie Peachie Pie is an original Peach Cobbler. Its a combination of northerners style cobbler that is sweet. And a southern style that is rich in butter. We started selling pies on a humbug. We got invited to a private art gallery event. We had never been to anything like that before. The event was held on Sunday and we usually cook a nice Sunday dinners. Not knowing if there would food, we took a peach cobbler. The people that had the opportunity to get a piece of the pie created an underlining buzz in the room, that got back around to us. Who made this pie? We did. This is one of the best goddam pies I have ever tasted. You should be selling these pies. And as he said that, I admired the huge smile it put on his face.
